Our TRX Suspension Training Classes combine upper and lower body strength work, cardio, and stretching to deliver a total body workout.
The perfect compliment to barre, TRX works multiple muscle groups at the same time and emphasizes larger, functional movements similar to those you perform in your day to day life. Classes are open to all fitness levels with options that allow everyone to work at their own pace or take on more progression.
Jen and Colleen, both Level 2 Certified TRX Instructors, have developed a class format that will help you build strength, flexibility, balance, muscular endurance and core stability. Challenging and fun, Elevate’s TRX classes are guaranteed to get your heart pumping and make you sweat!
A complementary, 10-minute TRX Orientation is required prior to your 1st TRX class. It can also be repeated prior to your first few classes to help with proficiency and technique. Class size is limited so reservations are required.
