Signature Barre/Express Barre

Voted the #1 Barre Class in Atlanta for Women by ClassPass! Infused with high-energy music, this total body workout focuses on small movements to fatigue muscles and deliver targeted, fast results. Exercises are followed by stretching to shape long, lean muscles and improve posture and flexibility.

TRX Strength, Cardio, Core/TRX Strength & Stretch

TRX utilizes your own body weight for strength work, cardio, and stretching. The perfect compliment to barre, TRX works multiple muscle groups at a time and emphasizes larger, functional movements (like those you perform in your everyday life). You’ll fall in love with not only the results, but the versatility and ability to progress or modify based on your needs.

Barre + TRX Mashup

Mashup is unique to Elevate and developed out of our love for both Barre and TRX. (Why should you have to pick your favorite child?!) Our powerful combination of these 2 body changing workouts will challenge your strength, stamina, and balance! 

Pilates Sculpt

NEW mat-based Pilates Sculpt is a modern, high-energy workout that combines traditional Pilates with strength training exercises, often using props like light weights, bands, and stability balls. This full-body workout focuses on core, flexibility, balance, and overall body strength. Mats are available or you may bring your own.

Yoga All Levels (Coed)

Our All Levels Coed Yoga Class is suitable for those with any level of knowledge about yoga, from beginner to advanced. Cues for modification of asanas (poses) will help those with injuries or other limitations to be safe in their practice while taking the more experienced practitioners into deeper variations. Must bring your own yoga mat.
